Windsor Park is a supported, semi-independent, for rent living program.

The Windsor Park program is designed to empower youth giving them the necessary skills to become independent successful adults. Windsor Park is a nine-bedroom residence for youth between the ages of 18 – 24 who do not have child intervention status. Windsor Park accepts both male and female clients who may or may not be involved in the youth criminal justice system.

The house is staffed by youth workers 24/7 who take an innovative approach with the youth at the residence. Staff assist residents with life skills, employment, recreation, volunteer activities and schooling. Residents are also encouraged to access community and health services. After residency at Windsor Park, clients move onto independent living but are encouraged to continually access the house for advocacy and general support.

This is a voluntary program and no one can be forced to stay. Applications are made through the Coordinated Access and Assessment program – through 2-1-1 or the SORCE office, 316 – 7 Avenue SE.
