Learning Enhanced Employment Program (LEEP) is an employment program providing individuals the tools and skills needed to succeed in the workforce.

Our target population are males and females aged 18+ who have been involved or are at-risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system. Our participants often face a number of barriers including criminal records, poverty, homelessness, and addictions.

LEEP balances training with sessions that develop skills for obtaining and maintaining employment. LEEP is a three-week program provided eight times per year and offers industry work tickets in H2S Alive, Standard First Aid/ CPR, and Petroleum Safety Training (PST). LEEP includes job preparation skills, resume and cover letter development, self-management, money management, computer training and an integrated workshop focusing on creative conflict resolution, personal awareness/affirmation, communication, cooperation and problem solving. During the summer months, LEEP provides individually separated employment related workshops.

The LEEP program has a $25 registration fee to offset industry certification ticket training costs. Referrals are accepted from any source.
