Revive, Rebuild, Renew:
A Kitchen Makeover for Hope
Raising $25,000 for a new Raido House Kitchen

Did you know the pipes in Raido House freeze every year?
The kitchen was built incorrectly originally, along an outside, uninsulated wall with exposed plumbing that runs through the basement above a window. As such, the pipes freeze every year, sometimes making the kitchen inoperable during cold snaps.
This initiative aims to refurbish the kitchen facilities at Raido House, a pivotal component of our Roofs for Youth Program. Raido House offers long-term, place-based housing for youth under 18 years without Children’s Services support, providing a stable and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and transition towards independence.
