Volunteer With Us

Volunteering and Field Placement (Work Integrated Learning).

Volunteers fulfill a unique need at CJHS by providing a natural support between our clients and the agency. They also bring knowledge of crime prevention and restorative justice into the community, enhancing society’s understanding.

CJHS offers opportunities for mentorship and volunteering within our programs, providing training and orientation.

See our current volunteer opportunities below and join us to help restore lives and prevent crime in Calgary!

Our Volunteer Philosophy:

At CJHS, our staff and volunteers foster an inclusive agency whose purpose is to promote positive change and support crime prevention through restorative practices. Volunteers enhance our work, allowing us to meet our mission, by bringing their skills and community perspective to our agency
